Module under development. This page describes what the module will do. The other modules are available today.
What happens after design: deliver, track, and prove the person is signed off.
Training evidence is the first document an inspector asks for. It is also the hardest to produce.
Attendance sheets sleep in a binder, the tracking spreadsheet is roughly up to date, and sign-off is granted from memory by the team leader.
Nobody can answer the question that matters: is this person, today, signed off for this workstation — and on what basis?
Maestro is under development. This module does not exist yet, so there is no video. As of today, Maestro is used only within Sinfony consulting engagements.
Five planned functions, described as they will appear to the user.
The path designed upstream says who must take what. Scheduling follows from it instead of being rebuilt.
Videos, tutorials, documents to read: each person receives what their role requires, and nothing else.
Who has done what, who is late, who is approaching a deadline — without chasing or a parallel spreadsheet.
It draws on what was actually validated, and is recorded with its date and its signatory.
A sign-off has a validity period. As it approaches, the session is offered before the person falls out of validity.
You already have an LMS, but it knows nothing of your processes or your shop-floor sign-offs. The module bridges described competence and recorded evidence.
A full LMS is out of proportion with your headcount. The module gives you the tracking and the evidence, without the platform.
Each module is sold and used on its own. See how this one fits with the other eight.
